The Lady Saints won its first Indoor National Championship this weekend in Chicago, IL.
The Lady Saints went 4-0 on the weekend to claim their title, winning their first match 5-2, second 4-0, third 2-1 & 4th 6-1.

Defending North American Soccer League (NASL) champions Tampa Bay Rowdies unveiled their 2013 home, away and third jerseys from new technical sponsor Admiral earlier this week. The Rowdies’ 2013 home kit will be worn in match action for the first time on Saturday night against Orlando City SC in the pre-season I-4 Derby.

 The Tampa Bay Rowdies were crowned champions of the 2012 NASL Soccer Bowl after a thrilling shootout victory in front of a sellout crowd of 6,208 on Saturday night at Al Lang Stadium. The 6th seeded Minnesota Stars upset the 3rd seeded Islanders 2-1 on Sunday night in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, to move on to the semifinals of the NASL playoffs against the San Antonio Scorpions. They Stars earned the victory with a number of firsts.

September 27, 2012 (Bayamon, PR) - The Puerto Rico Islanders took three points tonight in their final game of their CONCACAF Champions League campaign when they beat Isidro Metapán 3-0 at Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium. Now the Islanders focus on their NASL playoff match next Sunday, September 30th when they face the Minnesota Stars for a pass to the semifinals.

The Stars’ defense kept the Fort Lauderdale Strikers at bay Saturday night, earning a 0-0 tie on the road to clinch the NASL Championship Series with a 3-1 aggregate victory.

The Stars survived a wild one in Cary, N.C., Saturday night. Leading 1-0 from the first leg, the Stars lost the second 4-3 to the Carolina RailHawks, leaving the semifinal series tied 4-4 on aggregate. After a scoreless 30-minute extra time period, the Stars prevailed in shootout, making all five kicks in a 5-3 win.
